How to Open a IT Support Request

Please make sure you try to submit tickets from the computer experiencing issues when possible.


Click the arrow at the bottom right of your screen by the clock and right click on the GrantESD Logo.

Click on “Request Support”

Enter your:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Reason you’re opening a ticket

  • Detailed description of what the issue you’re experiencing is.

Note: If you check the box to “include an image of my screen” it will share a screenshot of everything on your screen. Really useful when you’re getting error messages! 

Click Send Request and that will open your ticket and even tell us which computer you’re on so we can find it faster 🙂
